General
First of all, most of the products are in stock. But since we also operate local offline stores in Tibet. However, the inventory of some old items is relatively small or even unique. They may have been sold offline but have not yet been removed from our online platform.
You can try to leave a message or you can buy it directly. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you by email within 12 hours and refund the money in time. Or we can replace it with another product you like according to your needs.
Many of our products are handmade — including hand-painted thangkas and items crafted using traditional techniques. Some pieces are hand-selected rather than hand-crafted, chosen for their craftsmanship, symbolic meaning, and visual presence. If you have a question about a specific item’s making, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
For some products, such as thangkas, we can provide customized services. However, since customized products cannot be returned or exchanged and are time-consuming, a deposit of 20% of the total price of the product is required to reduce the risk of investment by artists. Provide us with your detailed requirements and we will fully communicate and discuss your specimens. Once you are satisfied with your requirements, we will proceed with completing your custom order.
We have a lot of items and there is no way to put them all on the shelves. You can leave a message with your needs and we will send suitable products to you for reference.
Some items in our collection are intentionally finished to look aged or antique, reflecting traditional craft aesthetics and the natural character of the materials. This is a deliberate design choice rooted in the visual language of Himalayan and Tibetan craft traditions. The weathered appearance is part of the item’s intended character, not a claim about its history or provenance.
We will strive to package beautifully while ensuring product protection. All products are individually packaged, and some festivals will be upgraded to Tibetan specialty packaging gift boxes for free.
Thangkas and Mural are usually packaged in scroll form, and the packaging is very safe and reliable. Due to logistics constraints and transportation risks, we typically do not provide framing. We recommend purchasing suitable frames locally. If do require framing, you can try to contact customer service for assistance.

Payment
Generally, it may be due to the credit card itself or the unstable or unsafe network.
You can try to use another credit card or payment method, and switch to a stable and secure network environment at the sametime.
Shipping
To track your order, simply go to “MY ACCOUNT” – “ORDERS” and enter your tracking number.
On mobile, click “My Account” in the top left corner, where you will find three horizontal lines.
Our packages are shipped via expedited shipping, which are fast and secure deliveries.
If, for example, your address is inaccessible for delivery or due to other uncontrollable circumstances, we will refund your payment in full.
